Delivery terms

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our own warehouse in Seinäjoki, Finland. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on what is available for your postal code. When you select a shipping method, the delivery fee is automatically added to your order unless the free shipping condition is met. Please remember to provide a valid phone number and email address with your order to ensure smooth delivery.

PRE-ORDERS

If you order includes both in-stock items and our pre-order items, your order will be shipped only once all items are available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

SHIPPING IN FINLAND

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over 80€. For orders under 80€, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

MATKAHUOLTO XXS PACKAGE 4,90€ Delivery primarily to a mailbox or mail slot. If the shipment does not fit, it will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point pr parcel locker. The package is trackable even when delivered to a mailbox if size permits.

POSTI PACKAGE IN FINLAND 6,90€ Delivered to the nearest Posti service point or parcel locker.

SHIPPING TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES

We offer free shipping on orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, shipping tp EU countries other than Finland is 9,90€. Carrier: POSTI

The prices displayed in our online store include taxes and duties. There are no additional delivery charges.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Please note that leaving a shipment unclaimed (failing to pick it up) does not comply with our return policy. If the package is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. For unclaimed shipments, we charge the customer a 12€ fee to cover shipping and other incurred costs.
