Delivery methods

Matkahuolto XXS-package €4.90 - Delivery primarily to your mailbox or letterbox. If the shipment does not fit through the letterbox, it will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto collection point or parcel locker. The package is trackable, even if it is delivered to the mailbox if its size permits.

Posti Parcel in Finland €6.90 - Delivered to the nearest Posti service point or parcel locker.

Available delivery methods are displayed at checkout based on what is available in your postal code area.
When you select a delivery method and collection point, the delivery fee is automatically added to your order.
Please remember to provide a working mobile phone number and email address when placing your order, so that the delivery can be completed smoothly.

Delivery time

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible! Products in stock usually ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery time.

Failure to collect an order

Please note that failure to collect an order is not in accordance with our company's return policy. In such a case, the order will be returned to the sender. For uncollected orders, we charge a fee of €20 for processing and delivery costs incurred by the order.

All products purchased from our online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy.

Products to be exchanged or returned must be unused, in their original condition and packaging for us to accept the return.

Please notify us of your return by email at info@hurraakids.com and include your order number and the products to be returned/exchanged in the message.

Pack the products in the original delivery bag and stick the return label, which we sent with your order, on top of the bag. Take the return to your nearest Posti service point and keep the receipt of delivery.

Gift cards have no exchange, return, or cancellation rights, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gentle washing keeps clothes cool!

By following the care instructions, you reduce product wear and ensure that the products stay in better condition for longer. We always recommend washing at 30 °C to make your clothes last longer. A cooler washing temperature keeps colors bright, prevents pilling, keeps the fabric soft, and saves up to 40% energy.

Stain? Speed is key. Fresh stains often come off easier, so act fast!

Inside out! Turn clothes inside out before washing. This preserves colors and shape better, especially for clothes with images and prints.

Fabric softener? It's best to skip it. It makes clothes feel soft, but it can weaken elasticity over time.

The care label knows best. The care label is not just decoration. It knows how the garment wants to be washed.

Hang, don't tumble. Let clothes air dry by hanging them; they will last longer, and energy will be saved. For cotton knitwear and beanies, we recommend flat drying.

Less is more. Washing less often keeps the fabric in better condition for longer and saves water and energy. Often, just airing out or spot cleaning is enough to do the job!
