Exchange and return

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This applies to unused products that are in resalable condition. The return period begins from the day the customer receives the final product of the order. The cancellation period is calculated in calendar days and continues over weekends and public holidays.

Products can only be exchanged or returned if they are unused and in a resalable condition, meaning that the original tags must still be attached and the product must be returned in its original packaging. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Please note that we do not offer exchange or return rights for special orders or customized products. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How to make a return:

Send an email to info@hurraakids.com and include your order number and the products you wish to return. You will then receive instructions on how to ship your return.

Canceling an order:

You can also cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please send a cancellation request via email to info@hurraakids.com with your order number as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it within the 14-day return period.

Unclaimed orders:

Please note that leaving an order unclaimed (failing to pick it up) does not comply with our return policy. In such cases, the order will be returned to the sender. For unclaimed orders, we charge a €12 fee to cover the handling and shipping costs incurred by the order.

Return Policy for Buy 3, get the 4th free Offer

The "Buy 3, get the 4th free" offer on basic collection products applies to orders where four products from the category are purchased simultaneously. We offer the lowest-priced product for free.

  • Partial returns: If products from this campaign are returned in a way that leaves fewer than four campaign-eligible products in the order, the offer is no longer valid. In this case, the discount will be removed, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Exchanging a product: To retain the campaign price, all four products must be returned, and a new order must then be placed utilizing the campaign.
