Refund policy

Customers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with consumer protection law, applicable to unused and resaleable products. The return period begins when the customer receives the order. Weekends and public holidays are included in the calculation of the return period.

For returns from outside Finland, a €20 return handling fee applies, which is paid by the customer.

Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original resaleable condition, meaning all original tags must be attached and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalised products. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order not collected

Please note that failing to collect your order is not considered a return in accordance with our return policy. In such cases, the order will be returned to the sender. A €12 fee will be charged to cover handling and shipping costs incurred.

 

Return Policy for Buy 3, get the 4th free Offer

The "Buy 3, get the 4th free" offer on basic collection products applies to orders where four products from the category are purchased simultaneously. We offer the lowest-priced product for free.

• Partial returns: If products from this campaign are returned in a way that leaves fewer than four campaign-eligible products in the order, the offer is no longer valid. In this case, the discount will be removed, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

• Exchanging a product: To retain the campaign price, all four products must be returned, and a new order must then be placed utilizing the campaign.
